From SEP 1989 to JUN 1991, I was working in NEC Semiconductors Singapore Pte Ltd (NECS ) (It

was known as NEC Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd. from SEP 1989 to JUN 1991) as a Facilities

Technician. NECSS is a subsidiary of NEC Corporation of Japan. My job was to perform routine

maintenance on the electrical power distribution system, air-conditioning system, building automation

system, air compressor system and water purification system for semiconductors manufacturing. 

The job also included,

(1) Ensure the sub-contractors follow the company regulations, make sure they do a proper job.

(2) Monitor electrical energy consumption and analyse electrical power system demand using Lotus

1-2-3/Allways.


From DEC 1994 to JUN 1996. I was working in International Video Products Pte Ltd.(IVP) as Test

Development Engineering Assistant. IVP was a joint venture between THOMSON Multimedia Asia

and TOSHIBA Corporationof Japan. My job was to assist the Engineers in developing Real-time

PC-based Automated Functional Test Systems to test the functionality of PCBs assembly. The job

Engineering (ST Engg). As an Associate Engineer my job was to develop Expert Systems in

Windows 95/NT platform, coordinate with the System Expert throughout the software development life
